Noemi's Tamales-Georgia began in a home kitchen, where the sound of laughter and the aroma of steaming masa filled every corner. What started as a way to keep family traditions alive has grown into something much more beautiful — a place where our Kennesaw community comes together over food made with intention.
We don't cut corners. The masa is mixed by hand every morning. The chiles are selected with care. Each tamale is wrapped individually and cooked slowly, because we know that the things worth having are worth waiting for.
When you eat at Noemi's, you're not just having a meal — you're sitting at our table, and that is the highest honor we know.
